From the North (Roman Forest/Woodbranch): Head south on I-69/US-59 S. Take the exit toward TX-99/Grand Parkway. Stay on the feeder road and turn right into the Valley Ranch Town Center entrance near the Randall's or the Cinemark.
From the South (Porter/Kingwood): Travel north on I-69/US-59 N. Take the exit for TX-99/Grand Parkway. Use the U-turn under the highway to get onto the southbound feeder road, then turn right into the shopping center.
From the East (FM 1485 area): Drive west on FM 1485 toward the highway. Turn left to merge onto I-69 S, then immediately exit for TX-99. Follow the feeder road until you reach the Valley Ranch Town Center entrance.
From the West (Community Dr/Grand Parkway): Take the Grand Parkway (TX-99) East. Exit toward I-69/US-59 and stay on the frontage road. You will enter the development from the back side or via the main entrance off the feeder road just before the I-69 intersection.
