Dr. Rachel J. Rippey grew up in Anthony, Texas, famously known as the “Leap Year Capital of the World.” She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.

With over 28 years of experience, Dr. Rippey is dedicated to providing the highest quality of eyecare services. She specializes in treating eye diseases, injuries, and infections, as well as offering cataract and LASIK consultations.
